May I live like the lotus flower, at ease in the muddy water

- Unknown

Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) has been treasured for thousands of years, especially in Ancient Egypt, where it was linked with the sun god Ra and the cycle of rebirth. Its blossoms, opening at sunrise and closing at sunset, were seen as symbols of renewal, creation, and spiritual awakening.

In Buddhist symbolism, the lotus is a flower of purity - rising clear from the water, untouched and luminous. The blue lotus, in particular, has long been a symbol of clarity, wisdom, and spiritual awakening.

Our Blue Lotus flowers are organically grown, hand-picked, and naturally dried to preserve their delicate beauty.

Tea Ritual & Preparation:

1. Bring 400–500ml of water to a boil.

2. Place a single Blue Lotus flower into a teapot or large cup.

3. Pour the hot water over the flower.

4. Allow it to steep for 5–6 minutes.

5. Sip slowly, in stillness, as part of your evening ritual.

Note: The flower may be re-steeped 2–3 times. For added sweetness, a touch of honey may be used.

Whether enjoyed in ceremony, in quiet meditation, or simply as a gentle evening cup, Blue Lotus invites presence and reflection - a bridge between body, spirit, and tradition.

Ingredients: 100% Organic Whole Blue Lotus Flowers, Nymphaea Caerulea

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.

If you are pregnant or on medication, please consult your health care practitioner before consumption.
