Return & Refunds

Because earthly products are handcrafted in small batches and made with fresh, natural ingredients, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened products. I hope you understand - this protects the integrity of our formulations and the energetic care I put into each one.

That said, your experience matters deeply to me. If something arrives damaged, or if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at djulijana@the-earthly.com, and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

I want you to feel nourished, not just by our products, but by the way I care for you, too.

Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal/cancellation in accordance with Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAGG

  • You have the right to cancel your un-opened order within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

  • In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Djulijana Jordan, Schadekgasse 16/1, 1060 Vienna, Austria, email: djulijana@the-earthly.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-Email) about your decision to revoke your order. You can use the attached sample cancellation form (Attachment 1), although this is not mandatory.

  • In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at

  1. Consequences of revocation

  • If you cancel your order, we will refund to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of your order. For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

  • We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

  • You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Orders for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • Orders for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;

  • Orders for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
