Earthly is a heart project, a one-woman endeavor, and I do my very best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. This is the time I need to lovingly prepare, package and send off your order. Occasionally, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched, depending on order volume, as all our products are made fresh and in small batches.

To ensure smooth delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, secure, and up-to-date shipping address. Once our shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen. Additionally, if a package is returned due to incorrect address or customer error, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
