Step-by-Step Ritual:
1: Warm-Up
Lightly press the cup on your skin and release to create a gentle suction. Do this once or twice on each area to get the blood flowing.
2: Sculpt & Glide
Using upward and outward strokes, gently glide the cup along the following areas:
Jawline to ear – for lymph drainage and contouring.
Cheeks – from nose toward temples.
Forehead – from brows to hairline.
Under eyes – very gently, from inner to outer corners.
Use light pressure and keep the cup moving to avoid bruising.
3: Finish
After 3–5 minutes, softly pat in remaining oil or serum. Follow with a facial mist if desired.
4: Clean & Store
Rinse your cups with warm water and mild soap. Let them air dry before storing them.
