Organic Castor Oil: Accompanying our compress is a bottle of our finest organic, cold-pressed castor oil, sourced from the highest quality castor oil beans and processed without the use of hexane or other harmful chemicals. Rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, our castor oil is a potent elixir for promoting skin health, reducing inflammation in the body, and relieving muscle tension.
How to use:
Step 1 - Wash your compress on a gentle cycle and dry before use, so it can absorb the oil better.
Step 2 - Lay the compress flat, with the label facing down. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of organic castor oil onto the middle of the cotton flannel, avoid the edges.
Step 3- Place the pack on your liver (under right rib cage) or anywhere you are having pain or discomfort. Wear with an old t-shirt or if laying down, with an old towel underneath, just in case of leaking.
Step 4 - Wear your castor oil pack everyday for 45-60 min. or overnight. Wash separately after 10-15 uses.
