Compress: Crafted from organic hemp flannel and sustainable, waterproof PUL material. This compress provides the perfect vessel for harnessing the healing properties of castor oil packs, making it a little less messy, so you can thoroughly enjoy the soothing and therapeutic benefits.
Composition:
Outer - Breathable and waterproof Eco-PUL (Recycled Polyurethane Laminate)
Inner - Organic Hemp Cotton
How to use:
Step 1 - Wash your compress on a gentle cycle before use, so it can absorb the oil better.
Step 2 - Lay the compress flat, with the label facing down. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of organic castor oil onto the middle of the cotton flannel, avoid the edges.
Step 3 - Place the pack on your liver (under right rib cage) or anywhere you are having pain or discomfort. Wear with an old t-shirt or if laying down, with an old towel underneath, just in case of leaking.
Step 4 - Wear your castor oil pack everyday for 45-60 min or overnight. Wash separately after 10-15 uses.
